Do you provide embroidery?
Yes we do - please email us with your requirements.
Do you send free samples?
Sometimes - usually to verified clients.
Do you offer credit accounts? Yes - to resellers and corporate clients based on receipt and approval of completed documentation. Credit is a privilege and not a right.
Who started Global Chef?
The same founder of the Chef Revival brand - Tim Grubi. He is still the Managing Director and takes a day to day interest in the running of the company.
Do you design uniforms for clients?
No. We do not offer this service. However, we can change the colour of panels in our garments or provide your corporate colours on our designs (min x 50pcs)*. We can also copy a design you give to us (min x 100pc)*

Do you sell knives?
Yes - we offer a limited but popular selection from the Victorinox Range.
Can we visit your showroom?
Yes - trade visitors are welcome to visit our head office and warehouse distribution centres in China and in Australia. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Can I get a job with Global Chef? Yes - if you would like to email a resume then we would be pleased to consider your application.
What are your uniforms made of? We mill our own fabrics to best suit the function each garment is to perform. For Jackets, Aprons, Hats and Scarves we use both 100% Cotton and 65/35 Polyester Cotton Blends in various weight choices. For Trousers we use 65/35 Polyester Cotton Blends and 65/35 Polyester Viscose Blends in a mid weight choice.
How often do you update your designs? We are constantly updating our designs based on client feedback - the core products only get better and new products are tested and if they work we add them to the core product range.
Do you guarantee your quality?
Yes of course. We are proud of our reputation for quality and will happily replace any garment that arrives in a faulty condition. If problems happen to arise after use or laundering then we can assess the problem and if we find the performance of any garment has not met the normal expectation of the client, based on the usage for which the garment was intended, then we will replace the garment up to 3 months after delivery date. We do however reserve the right to decide whether garments have been misused or whether there is an actual fabric or manufacturing fault.
What if I order the wrong size?
Try to order the right size using our size chart as a guide, however, if you need to change your garment for another size then we are happy to exchange sizes at your cost for transport plus a 15% restocking fee.
