• SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. All delivery charges must be borne by the customer unless a fault has been made by the supplier. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. 

    Estimated delivery time is normally 3-7 business days and assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed late on Friday - Sunday will be processed on Monday. Additional charges will be applied on any special requests for Priority, Overnight and International shipping and/or if multiple attempts are made for delivery. 

    Please ensure correct Street (or PO Box) address for accurate delivery.

    RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. 

    Returned merchandise for exchange due to being sent the wrong sizing or style which is different from what you ordered online (e.g your order SM and received XL) should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same original condition as when it was received. Please advise immediately (within 7 days by email) and returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  

    Returned merchandise for exchange of style or size due to a change of mind should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same original condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and all return postage must be borne by the customer.

    We send you a Returns Form for you to complete and send with your goods. Please ensure proper return address and credit information is provided along with your contact details and telephone number. Send goods back to Global Chef at your cost (e.g Red & White Australia Post Prepaid Satchel available from your local Post Office- keep the tracking number for your reference)

    Did You Make the Wrong Sizing or Style Choice?

    We understand different brands have different sizes and designs. To avoid choosing the wrong size or style please use the size chart provided on the website located on each product page and inspect the images and descriptions of the products to ensure the style is the right choice for you. IF you find the size you ordered does not fit or you really don't like the style your ordered then we are happy to exchange sizes or styles if goods are unworn and remain in original condition and packaging; Please note YOU are responsible for payment of all postage relating to the exchange and we must be notified within 3 business days of goods being delivered.

    Exchange items must be in unworn, resaleable, clean and in original packaging with all tags in place. Return shipping of the replacement garment will be $10.45 charged to your account prior dispatch. For this postage please ensure your payment information is on your returns form or alternatiovely phone our offcie to pay over the phone M-F 9-midday.
