Guarantee and Clearance Item Exclusions

All our uniforms are produced in ISO9001-2008 Accredited Factories which comply with the highest international standards of Quality, Fairness and Environment. All products we sell are covered under the Australian Consumer Gaurantee Laws. End users get our 30 day replacement, exchange, credit or refund guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with your Global Chef® purchase - just make sure care instructions are followed and correct size has been ordered. (sizing exchanges - freight is to be paid by the customer.)
Exclusions to the gaurantee include any clearly advertised product on this website which is:

  • advertsied as being specifically outside of manufacturers warranty period and/or 
  • a clearance item or 'end of line' item. i.e.. buyer accepts the goods at a specially discounted price "as is".

Shipping Methods/ Returns and Exchanges

We have experience shipping orders of varying sizes from our warehouses to many and most parts of the world. In order to get your order delivered in the fastest, most cost effective method we use a range of reputable carriers. The best way forward is to request a quote from us via email to: orders@globalchef.com.au

SHIPPING & DELIVERY (Australia Only)

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. All delivery charges must be borne by the customer unless a fault has been made by the supplier. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. 

Estimated delivery time is normally 3-7 business days and assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed late on Friday - Sunday will be processed on Monday. Additional charges will be applied on any special requests for Priority, Overnight and International shipping and/or if multiple attempts are made for delivery. 

We prefer to deliver to a Business address where couriers can receive a signature. 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless deemed was delivered in a faulty or defective condition. 

Returned merchandise for exchange due to being sent the wrong sizing or style which is different from what you ordered online should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same original condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  

Returned merchandise for exchange of style or size due to being sent a sizing or style the same was what you ordered but is simply a change of mind should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same original condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and all return postage must be borne by the customer..


GENERALLY: RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
First call 1800 042 066 for assistance M-F 9am - Midday and  complete the Return Form online. On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose copy of the packing slip with your item(s). Please ensure proper return address and credit information is provided along with your contact details and telephone number. Send the goods back to Global Chef at your cost (e.g Red and White Australia Post bag - keep the tracking number for your reference)

Did You Make the Wrong Sizing or Style Choice?

We understand different brands have different sizes and designs. To avoid choosing the wrong size or style please use the size chart provided on the website located on each product page and inspect the images and descriptions of the products to ensure the style is the right choice for you. IF you find the size you ordered does not fit or you really don't like the style your ordered then we are happy to exchange sizes or styles if goods are unworn and remian in original condition and packaging; Please note YOU are responsible for payment of all postage relating to the exchange and we must be notified within 3 business days of goods being delivered.

Exchange items  must be in unworn, resaleable, clean and in original packaging with all tags in place. Return freight of the replacement garment will be $10.45 charged to your account prior dispatch.

We operate under an overall policy of care. We use the latest SSL hosting security on our website. We do not share or sell your information with anyone outside of Global Chef. We protect your information from being transmitted outside of our secure database.

Ordering

You can access our products via a network of resellers or online. Wholesale customers order via our private B2B portal. Be sure to get your size right by referring in the first instance to our size chart. If you receive an item you did not order or are not satisfied with please let us know immediately so we can have the opportunity to correct the problem.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices displayed on this website are current at the time but may change without notice. Promotional discounts are occasionally made available to Trade customers via this website. Corporate Customers and Authorised resellers access their pricing via their private portal at b2b.globalchef.com.au. Payment is to be made at the time of placing your order unless agreed by Purchase Order.

Viewing Orders

Orders past and present can be viewed once logged in to your account. You will be requested to complete an online registration the first time you place an order.

Updating Account Information

Once you are registered on line then you can update your information at anytime by simply logging on.
