Australian Orders received before midday Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched same day or next business day. (Excludes weekend and holiday periods).

Australian delivery times using external postal services.

Global Chef is not a courier or postal company but offer delivery as a service for online customers.

We engage Australia’s best couriers and postal service on your behalf and provide a subsidised rate for our customers.

Australia Post normal off peak delivery times vary from 1-5 business days. However expect courier and postal delays during seasonal busy periods or in severe weather conditions. 

If you experience a delivery delay please check your tracking website link and make contact with the service provider directly.

Once your order has been posted we can make no apology for postal delivery delays as these are out of our control. 

We use delivery methods which may include:

Australia Post eParcel
Australia Post eParcel Express

It is recommended to use a business address for deliveries when possible.

Tracking is included and Carriers have "Authority To Leave" parcels at the address if no one is home.

Goods are deemed delivered when Carrier Tracking Site has been updated.

International Customers Please Note:

Our first choice is to use Australia Post Airmail Service with delivery time usually within 7-10 days. Australia Post is unable to ship to Overseas Post Boxes.

Normal export documentation will completed including a customs declaration fro each delivery however a specific "Certified Declaration of Origin" will not be provided unless specifically requested. (additional cost is $80 AUD for a certified declaration and takes 5- 7 days)
